CF-18 Hornet

The CF-18 Hornet is a Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) variant of the American McDonnell Douglas F/A-18 Hornet fighter aircraft. In 1980, the F/A-18 was selected as the winner of the New Fighter Aircraft Project competition and awarded a production order; deliveries of the CF-18 to the Canadian Armed Forces began in 1982.

Pitts Special S2S

The factory built Pitts Special S2S was specifically designed for airshow flying. The aircraft owned by Bill Carter has been modified to improve its aerobatic and cross- country capabilities. Power is from a high performance engine, developing over 260 HP. The aircraft has a gross weight of 1575 lbs. and a top speed of 212 mph.

Bill is a familiar face on the airshow circuit, having, performed in airshows at over 100 towns and cities in Canada. Bill now resides in St. Albert Alberta.

Mike Tryggvason is one of Canada's top high performance aerobatic pilots. With an international competition background, he brings a hard hitting, rock 'n roll style to the skies in his Giles 202. Mike is the only pilot demonstrating the Giles 202- which is one of the fastest rolling aircraft in existence, having a roll rate of more than 480 degrees per second.

Steven Bennett

Steven has been a professional pilot for more than 34 years and has more than 23,000 flight hours between his professional and personal flying. In 2006, Steve became interested in competitive aerobatic flying. He then transitioned to performing in airshows, and he hasn’t looked back since.

Yakovlev YAK -50

The YAK 50 is the largest aircraft to fly in the World Aerobatic Championships and was designed as a graceful aerobat with plenty of power. Gord displays the best qualities of the YAK-50 from the flat spin to the long straight lines and spectacular outside snap rolls in a fast moving graceful display of the capabilities of a Clark YH airfoil flown to it’s maximum.
